After the company's restruction in 2013, it has become “Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasives & Grinding Co., Ltd.", and now it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of listed company“SINOMACH Precision Industry Co., Ltd.”which is an affiliate of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) .

In 2023, SINOMACH Precision Industry transferred the equipment business of its subsidiary [ZZSM] to Precision Industry Revolution Equipment Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. The new equipment company is positioned for theresearch and development and production of revolutionary equipment, and multiple powder metallurgy equipment products are in a leading position in China.
